Whitney came to us with the beginnings of a membership site and asked us to help her put the finishing touches on it, and more importantly, help her organize the membership sequence, drip the content to her enrolled classes and assist with the strategic delivery of her content.
Everything was mapped out conceptually and it was our job to convert that concept into a well-oiled machine – a living, breathing, membership site.
Using the WordPress platform in conjunction with a membership software and email services from MailChimp, Whitney’s Kitchen launched in 2015 with two 6-week classes. Each module required content management, email segmentation and scheduled email delivery to each attendee.
Additional services provided included graphic design and video editing. While we were rolling out this project, we made Whitney part of the Maximize team. We even invited her to one of our weekly team meetings to make sure mission-critical deadlines were being met and to ensure everyone was on the same page for the rollout.
